     <oTopBar>:delItem(<nPosition>) --> self

        <nPosition> is a numeric value that indicates the position in the top
        bar menu of the item to be deleted.

        delItem() is a method of the TopBarMenu class that is used for
        removing an item from a top bar menu.  When an item is deleted, the
        items which follow it move up a line.
