   6011   Index Key Is Too Long

   Problem:   The specified index key exceeds the limit of 240 bytes for
   .idx  or .cdx, and 256 for .ntx.

   Solution:  Change the index key so that it is no longer than 240 bytes
   for .idx or .cdx, and 256 for .ntx.
