   7045   Serial number and validation code mismatch

   Problem:    The Serial Number in the hardware key (for International
   servers) or stamped in the ADS.EXE/ADS.NLM (for North American servers)
   does not match the Validation Code that is stamped in the ADS.EXE/ADS.NLM.

   Solution:   Verify the hardware key is attached correctly (for
   International servers) or reinstall the ADS server.
