1143: not enough memory for the compression system
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This message indicates that Blinker was unable to allocate enough memory for
the compression system, and should not occur in normal circumstances.

If this error occurs, make more extended (DPMI or XMS) memory available at
the DOS prompt by setting the maximum values in the Properties of the DOS
box. If this does not help, increase the maximum size of the Windows swap
file from the Control Panel, and check that there is enough disk space for
the swap file to expand significantly. Finally, attempt to re-link the
program using the Windows version of Blinker.
