 Executing the child program
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After the parent image has been saved and the resident kernel relocated, all
the memory allocated to the parent is freed and the child program is
executed as low in DOS memory as possible.

The swap function always invokes a copy of the current command interpreter,
which in turn executes the required DOS command or program. This allows any
command, batch file or program which can normally be executed at the DOS
prompt to be executed via the swap function.

Once the child program or command has completed execution, control returns
 to the resident kernel.
