 Serial number encryption
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Blinker allows the developer the option of burning into a DOS or DOS
extended executable file a unique character string, which can contain a
serial number, copyright information or any other information the programmer
feels would be useful. This string can be up to 100 characters in length and
is stored in the executable file in encrypted form.

The Blinker command for this feature is BLINKER EXECUTABLE SERIAL, followed
by the string to be encrypted. Once this information has been burned into
the executable, it can be retrieved at runtime by calling the Blinker
function BLISERNUM(), (or BLISERNUMBAS() in the case of BASIC).
If multiple copies of a program are being distributed, unique licensing
details can be added to each copy without the need to make source code
 changes.

NOTE: It is currently necessary to re-link each time you wish to generate a
program with a different serial number.
For further information on BLINKER EXECUTABLE SERIAL and BLISERNUM() please
 see the online help.
