 settime()               Set System Time

 struct time  *timep;                    Pointer to structure

    settime() sets the system time to that in the 'time' structure,
    defined as follows, which is pointed to by 'timep'.

          struct time  {
               unsigned char ti_min;         /* Minutes */
               unsigned char ti_hour;        /* Hours */
               unsigned char ti_hund;        /* Hundredths of seconds */
               unsigned char ti_sec;         /* Seconds */
          };

       Returns:     Nothing

   Portability:     MS-DOS only.
