save_keystroke_macro ({file_name})

     Usage: Saves the keystroke macro currently in memory to a file.

Parameters: File_name .string. is the name of the save file.  If
            there is no extension, .km is used.

   Returns: Greater than 0 for success, 0 or less for failure.
