cd ([dir])

     Usage: Change directory (just like DOS "cd").  If no directory
            name is given, the current directory name is displayed.

Parameters: Dir .string. gives the new path.  BRIEF accepts both \
            and / in a path.

   Returns: Non-0 for success, 0 for failure
