inq_names ([full_name], [extension], [buffer_name])

     Usage: Gets the file and buffer names for the current buffer.

Parameters: Full_name .string. is filled with full path name.
            The path separator may be either \ or /. Extension
            .string. is filled with just the extension of the file.
            Buffer_name .string. is filled with the buffer name.

   Returns: Nothing
