keyboard_push ([new_map])

     Usage: Push a keyboard (new or existing) onto the keyboard
            stack. This is a LIFO stack. If a new keyboard is
            created, it is empty, and the local keyboard is
            unassigned. See the manual for a complete description of
            keyboard handling.

Parameters: New_map .int. is the id of the keyboard map to push. Omit
            new_map or make it 0 to create a new, empty keyboard.

   Returns: Nothing
