 DBCMD/2001   Work area not in use

     Explanation:  An attempt to execute a command or function that
     requires the use of a database failed because there was no database
     open in the specified work area.

     Action:  Correct the program.  If the command is prefixed by an
     alias, verify that the alias is spelled correctly.
