WEdit:Cut() Method
Remove the selected text and place it in the clipboard
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Syntax
<oWnd>:Cut()   -->   nRet

Arguments
None.

Returns
A non-zero value is returned.

Description
The currently selected text is copied to the clipboard and
then deleted from the control.
