  Using a toolbar is shown in SOURCE\APP.PRG, which is a fair
  starting point for building a Windows application.  APP.PRG
  provides instructions to help you "fill in the blanks".
  
  In common with many applications, the APP.PRG sample uses
  separate windows for the main (frame) window, the toolbar and
  also a child window for the area left over.  This means that
  any code doing output in the child window can just address
  from 0,0 to the window's full size - no calculations are
  needed to avoid the toolbar.
