GetMenuCheckMarkDimensions()
Return the width and height of the default check mark bitmap
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Syntax
GetMenuCheckMarkDimensions()   -->   nValue

Arguments
None.

Returns
A numeric value containing both the width and height of the
default check mark bitmap (in pixels).

Description
This function returns a numeric value containing both the
width and height (in pixels) of the check mark bitmap used by
Windows when a menu item is checked.  If you are using
SetMenuItemBitmaps(), you must make sure the bitmaps you
specify have the same width and height as the values returned
by this function.

The width can be extracted by the C4W_LoWord() function, and
the height can be extracted by C4W_HiWord().
