Use a raised 3-D frame in a dialog

@ ID  <nId>  RAISEDFRAME
     [ <clauses> ]

Arguments
See the generic @ ID ... <ControlType> command for details of
the <clauses> and/or parameters allowed.

Description
This command creates a raised frame with a 3-D appearance, if
the 3-D control DLL (CTL3D.DLL) is being used by your
application.
