SendMessage()
Send a message to a window

Syntax
SendMessage( <hWnd>, <nMsg>, <nwParam>, <nlParam> )   -->   nResult

Arguments
<hWnd> is the handle to the window to receive the message.

<nMsg> is an integer specifying the message (one of the WM_*
values defined in WINDOWS.CH, or a user-specified value).

<nwParam> is a word (16-bit) value to pass with the message.

<nlParam> is a long (32-bit) value to pass with the message.

Returns
An integer is returned.  The value depends on the message
sent, but is often of no interest.

Description
This function can be used to send a message direct to a
window.  The window will be called upon to process the message
immediately.  Usually you would be better to use the
PostMessage() function instead.
