 KEYBOARD STATUS

 The Keyboard Status functions determine the status of the Num Lock,
 Scroll Lock, Caps Lock, and Insert key as well as turn them off and
 on.  Additionally, the status of the shift, ctrl, and alt keys can
 be determined and the keyboard buffer can be controlled.
