HtmlBodyEnd()
Writes wrapper for Body end through HTML end tags

Syntax:

  HtmlBodyEnd()  --->  lSuccess

Arguments: None

Returns: A logical value

Description:

  Writes from the Body end tag through the HTML end tag to end the page.

  Must be preceded by HtmlBodyBeg() or at least HtmlBeg() and BodyBeg().

Examples:

  HtmlBodyBeg( "Title text", 'BgColor="white"' )
    FormBeg()
      ...
      ...
    FormEnd()
  HtmlBodyEnd()
