SelectEnd()
Returns/writes HTML Select end tag </Select>

Syntax:

  SelectEnd( <cName> )  --->  cString

Arguments: None

Returns: A character string consisting of the generated HTML tag.

Description:

  Generates Select end tag to end a selection list.

  The generated string is always returned. The string will be written
  to standard-out depending on the value of StopWrite().
  The default StopWrite() value is FALSE. Setting the StopWrite() value
  to TRUE will suspend the write to standard-out.

  Must be preceded by SelectBeg() to start the selection list.

Examples:

  FormBeg()
    SelectBeg( "Choose a state" )
      Option( "TX", "Texas" )
      Option( " CA", "California" )
    SelectEnd()
  FormEnd()

Alternate:

  htmlWrite( ' </SELECT> ' )
