ULineBeg()
Returns/writes HTML Underline begin tag <U>

Syntax:

  ULineBeg()  --->  cString

Arguments: None

Returns: A character string consisting of the generated HTML tag.

Description:

  Generates Underline begin tag to start the underline font.

  The generated string is always returned. The string will be written
  to standard-out depending on the value of StopWrite().
  The default StopWrite() value is FALSE. Setting the StopWrite() value
  to TRUE will suspend the write to standard-out.

  Must be terminated with ULineEnd() to end the underline font.

Examples:

  ULineBeg()
  htmlWrite( 'This sentence is underlined.' )
  ULineEnd()

Alternate:

  htmlWrite( '<U>' )
