TitleBeg()
Returns/writes HTML Title begin tag <Title>

Syntax:

  TitleBeg( [<cExpt>] )  ---> cString

Arguments:

  [<cExpt>] is a character string title for the page.

Returns: A character string consisting of the generated HTML tag.

Description:

  Generates title begin tag to start the title page definition.

  The generated string is always returned. The string will be written
  to standard-out depending on the value of StopWrite().
  The default StopWrite() value is FALSE. Setting the StopWrite() value
  to TRUE will suspend the write to standard-out.

  Must be terminated with TitleEnd() to end the title page definition.

Examples:

  function main()
    if !ClipXOpen()
      Quit // or Your end of application routine
    endif
    header()
    htmlBeg()
    headBeg()
    TitleBeg( "My Title" )
    TitleEnd()
    headEnd()
    bodyBeg("bgcolor="white")
    htmlWrite("Hello World!")
    bodyEnd()
    htmlEnd()
  return(NIL)

Alternate:

  htmlWrite( '<Title>Your Title' )
  htmlWrite( '<Title>Your Title</Title>' )
