Spacer()
Returns/writes HTML Spacer tag - Netscape only

Syntax:

  Spacer( <cSize>, [<cType>] )  --->  cString

Arguments:

  <cSize> is a character sting value for the number of rows or columns.

  [<cType>] is a constant indicating the direction for the spacing.

      H for Horizontal (default)
      V for Vertical

Returns: A character string consisting of the generated HTML tag.

Description:

  Generates HTML Spacer tag.

  The generated string is always returned. The string will be written
  to standard-out depending on the value of StopWrite().
  The default StopWrite() value is FALSE. Setting the StopWrite() value
  to TRUE will suspend the write to standard-out.

  Creates an area of blank space on the page.

Caution: NETSCAPE ONLY

Examples:

    Spacer( "10" )

    Spacer( "8", "V" )
