 171 NEW: RMAKE

     The Make system in Clipper 5.0, RMAKE.EXE, has been completely
     rewritten.  The new system provides you with a much more powerful
     make capability than was available with previous releases.  The
     enhancements include additional command-line options, directives
     that allow conditional processing of the make file, and enhanced
     macro capabilities.
