dfPrnStart()
Prints a virtual record
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfPrnStart( <aVRec>, [<nMode>] ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <aVRec>    Virtual record array
     <nMode>    Print mode. Default PRINT_ALL
     #include "dfreport.ch"

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Prints a virtual record

Example:

     LOCAL aSettings := ARRAY( REP_BUFFER_LEN )
     LOCAL aVirtual := {}
     
     // Create a virtual record entry
     LOCAL aRec := dfVRCreate()
     // ...
     // add to virtual record
     dfVRAddFle( aVirtual, {}, aRec )
     // ...
     aSettings[ REP_RB ] := {|| ReportBanner() }
     aSettings[ REP_PH ] := {|| PageHeader()   }
     aSettings[ REP_PF ] := {|| PageFooter()   }
     // configure the printer
     dfPrnCfg( aSettings )
