   In the definition environment of the data dictionary, the list of files is
   displayed in alphabetical order. It is a good guideline, therefore, to use
   file prefixes that describe the contents. For example, OrdHea and OrdRow
   can be used to indicate that the files contain information about the
   header and rows of an order, respectively. These two files appear close to
   each other and will be easily identified, whereas names as HeaOrd and
   RowOrd, even if valid, may not offer the same legibility.

   To help you in choosing the names to assign to files and fields, we
   suggest you consult the "Hungarian Notation" appendix. Please note
   that DOS reserved words should not be used, directly or indirectly. For
   example, if the file name is COM, the first index file will be called
   COM1, thus conflicting with a reserved word in DOS, used for the serial
   port.
