   The Dictionary environment allows for the management of the files that
   make up the application's database.

   The Dictionary button, avaliable from dBsee's main menu, accesses an
   environment in which three different frames are displayed. These frames
   contain a list of all files and relative structures that make up the
   application's Database.

   For each file, the associated fields and the indexes are
   displayed.

   dBsee allows two types of files: Normal files with all the typical
   properties of dBase/Clipper and Table files, special files used for
   managing a limited number of fields and/or records per file.
