Another special feature of dBsee is the possibility to create an
Automatic Form for data entry on a file. This form will be created at
runtime and can be used when a data element is not found in the Lookup
file, thus supplying a data entry facility without additional programming.
The automatic Form can also be used as a data entry facility on windows,
in order to add (Ins) or modify (Space Bar) records to the
   associated file.

When a file structure is created, the f symbol is added by default for
the first 5 fields, so that they will be included in the automatic form.
In order to remove the marker (so that the field is not included in the
form) or set it to other fields (so they will also be added), do the
   following:

. Access the Dictionary environment by pressing the
       relative button.

. Highlight the file containing the fields that will be marked
or unmarked and press the Fields button.

. Highlight the first field to tag or untag and press the
       Form button.

. Proceed with the remaining fields in the same way. If the
Form button is pressed twice on the same field, the attribute is
       switched on and off.

. Press the F10 key to confirm the attributes.
