     . From the dBsee main menu press the Application button.

     . With the cursor keys highlight the label below which the new
       label is to be inserted.

     . Bring the cursor on the Labels button and press
       Enter.

     . A window that allows to insert the information relative to
       the Label and Message is shown.

     . Insert the data and press F10 to confirm the insertion.
