The data area is consists of the information taken from one or more files
belonging to the virtual record, each of them with up to 9 grouping
levels. Throughout the whole report, the data area of a file can be
   printed more than once.
Each file belonging to the virtual record creates, during design, three
   distinct bands:

Header File

The data printed in the Header of File band is printed once before the
   associated file body.

Body

The Body specifies the information that is displayed, relative to each
record that is to be printed. Therefore, the information specified in the
Body will be repeated many times, once for each record that is printed.
The body is printed after the necessary file and group headers.

Footer File

The data printed in the Footer of File band is printed, like the
header, once. The footer comes always after the associated file body. The
footer band can be used, for example, to print totals computed on the
   file's records.

Group Header and Footer

Whenever the file will include groupings, a number of headers (Group
Header), equal to the number of grouping levels defined, will be brought
up before the body. After the report body, the footer (Group Footer)
for each grouping level will be printed inversely (last group first, first
group last). On each file, up to 9 groupings can be defined.
