   This part of the Properties allows to set the development environment. The
   modifications made to this will be reflected directly in the generation
   phase and will refer to Clipper specific details.

Start Up with dBStart.ini

   In the start up phase of the program, the application reads the
   dBstart.INI file in which are set all the parameters relative to the font
   and the background type, the default output port, if the program may use
   the redefined characters, the list of the redefined characters and the
   color palette. If this option is NO, the application uses internal
   settings.

Set decimals

   Specifies the number of decimals used when displaying numeric type fields.

Set date

   Specifies the format in which to display the date for the entire
   application. The Space Bar opens a window showing the available
   options.

Slot

   See chapter Introduction, paragraph Mode of use.

Active keys

   Enter/Space             Display the list of options, or edits the
                           parameter.

   Enter                   Select, among the available options, the one
                           desired.

   Esc                     Abort the edit or exits the Optionts environment.

   Shift-F1                Display the active keys.

   F1                      Display the On-Line help.
