X-Hacker.org- dBsee 4.6 - The Library - Norton Guide http://www.X-Hacker.org [<<Previous Entry] [^^Up^^] [Next Entry>>] [Menu] [About The Guide]

The Open button opens a project selected from the given list. It is
not possible to open two projects, therefore, the loading one project
means unloading the previously opened project.

When a new project is created, the list of projects displayed by pressing
the Open button, is automatically updated by the system.

If a project is partially developed on a computer and it must be finished
on another one or copied to it for backup purposes, it is necessary to
copy the entire repository structure (subdirectories BIN, EXE and SOURCE)
and all the files of the project on the new computer and then update the
DBSEE.INI configuration file, stored in the \DBSEE4\BIN directory, and
add the name in the [Project] area, indicating:

     <Project name>,<Path of project>

Example:

     [Project]
     Waybill,C:\WAYBILL

By modifying the DBSEE.INI file, you can open and develop any desired
project. dBsee does not sort the list of projects available, so the list
displayed reflects the order in which the projects are written in the
   file.
