tbDcv()
Decrements the total values of columns
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     tbDcv( <oTbr> ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     tBrowse object

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Subtracts from the total values of columns the value of the current
     record

Example:

     tbDcv( oTbr )
