tbEval()
Evaluates a CODEBLOCK on the object's records

Syntax:

     tbEval( <oTbr>, <b2Eval> ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     tBrowse object
     <b2Eval>   CODEBLOCK to evaluate

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Evaluates a CODEBLOCK on all records of a given object. N.B. tbEval()
     does not modify the current record.

Example:

     LOCAL nRow := 0
     // initialise the object
     oTbr := tbBrwNew( 0, 0, MAXROW(), MAXCOL() )
     // ...
     tbEval( oTbr, {||nRow++} )
     ? "The object has  " +STR(nRow) +"rows"
