tbTagAll()
Select all rows of a Browse object
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     tbTagAll( <oTbr> ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     tBrowse object

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Selects all rows in a List Box. Works only if the List Box displays
     the contents of an array.

Example:

     tbTagAll()
