dfArgV()
Returns a certain parameter passed to CLIPPER
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfArgV(<nArg>) --> cArg

Parameters:

     <nArg>     Parameter to set

Returns:

     <cArg> Parameter past

Description:

     Permits to get the true parameters passed to the CLIPPER application,
     allowing to intercept parameters also like "// INFO,"  normally
     destroyed by CLIPPER
     
     N.B.
     
     The parameter 0 is the name of the program, the last parameter is nul

Example:

     LOCAL nPar
     FOR nPar:= 0 TO dfArgC()
        IF UPPER(dfArgV(nPar) ) =="// INFO"
           ??  "Program realized from."
        ENDIF
     NEXT
