dfChkDir()
Check the directory
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfChkDir( <cDir> ) --> lExist

Parameters:

     <cDir>     Directory to check

Returns:

     <lExist> returns .T. if the directory name specified exists.

Description:

     Allows to verify if a specific directory is valid.

Example:

     IF dfChkDir( "C:\DOS" ) // If exists
        dfCD( "C:\DOS" )     // Change to it
     ENDIF
