dfCodQua()
Codifies the amounts by characters

Syntax:

     dfCodQua(<nQta>) --> cQta

Parameters:

     <nQta>     Numerical quantity to convert to characters

Returns:

     <cQta> Quantity expressed in characters

Description:

     Allows to convert a numerical figure into the correspondent character
     like art. 12  reads N.413 of the 30-12-91.

Example:

     ? dfCodQua(300)  // Returns GZZ
     ? dfCodQua(150)  // Returns AMZ
