DFCOMPILE()
Transforms a given string into a CODEBLOCK
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     DFCOMPILE( <cString> ) --> bBlock

Parameters:

     <cString>  String.

Returns:

     <bBlock> CODEBLOCK

Description:

     Transforms a given string into a CODEBLOCK N.B. #include "dfStd.ch"
     Must be specified and DFCOMPILE must be UPPERCASE

Example:

     #include "dfStd.ch"
     
     LOCAL cString := "Cli->CodCli"
     LOCAL bBlock  := DFCOMPILE( cString )
     // Block = {||Cli->CodCli}
