dfExePath()
Return twe owning directory of the current EXE
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfExePath( ) --> cExePath

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     <cExeName> Absolute path of the current EXE's owning directory

Description:

     Reads the program PSP, moves to offset 2c and reads the pointer to the
     current environment, where the path of the EXE is found.

Example:

     dfExePath( ) // C:\dBsee\s93\bin\
