dfIsCdRom()
Check if a drive is a CD-ROM
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfIsCdRom( <nDrive> ) --> lActive

Parameters:

     <nDrive>   Drive to check. (0 Default, 1 A:, 2 B:, 3 C: ...)

Returns:

     <lActive>     If .T. the drive is a CD-ROM

Description:

     Check if a drive is a CD-ROM or a normal drive. This function may be
     usefull for don't create database on CD-ROM

Example:

     IF !dfIsCdRom(1)
        dbMsgErr( "This drive isn't a CD-ROM" )
     ENDIF
