dfIsLower()
Determines if a string is in lower case
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfIsLower(<cStr>) --> lLower

Parameters:

     <cStr>     String to control

Returns:

     <lLower> If .T. the string is in lower case

Description:

     Permits to control a defined sequence of characters to be displayed in
     lower case.

Example:

     ? dfIsLower( "dBsee")  // Returns .F.
     ? dfIsLower( "dbsee")    // Returns .T.
