dfPopPal()
Restores the last saved palette
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfPopPal() --> NIL

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Restores the last situation saved by dfPushPal() on the stack.

Example:

     dfPushPal()  // Save current configuration
     
     // Execute an external program
     
     // Run a graphic program...
     
     dfPopPal()   // Restore the current configuration
