dfRemChr()
Removes a sequence of characters from a string
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfRemChr( <cSource>, [<cChar>] ) --> cTarget

Parameters:

     <cSource>  Source string.
     <cChar>    Characters to remove

Returns:

     <cTarget> Resulting string.

Description:

     From <cSource> the <cChar> characters are removed. The <cTarget>
     string is filled with blanks up to <cSource> lenght.

Example:

     ? dfRemChr("Thomas", "To") // "hmas  "
