dfSerial2Key()
Decode a serial number
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfSerial2Key( <cSerial>, <nVer>, [<nSeed>] ) --> cKey

Parameters:

     <cSerial>  Serial to decode
     <nVer>     Check type

     |---------------------+-----------------------------|
     | SERIAL_NOCONVERSION | No conversion               |
     | SERIAL_CRIPTED1     | 1st algoritm                |
     | SERIAL_CRIPTED2     | 2nd algoritm                |
     +---------------------------------------------------+
     <nSeed>    Cript value. DEFAULT 85

Returns:

     <cKey>      New KEY

Description:

     Decode a serial number created with dfKey2Serial()

Example:

     #include "dfKeySer.ch"
     
     LOCAL cKey
     ? cKey := dfKey2Serial("Serial", SERIAL_NOCONVERSION)
     ? dfSerial2Key( cKey, SERIAL_NOCONVERSION )
