dfSplDel()
Removes a file from the SPOOLER
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfSplDel( <cFile> ) --> nError

Parameters:

     <cFile>    File name

Returns:

     <nError> If 0 the file has been correctly removed

Description:

     Removes a file from the DOS printer SPOOLER PRINT.COM

Example:

     LOCAL aFile
     IF dfIsSpl()
        dfSplClear()               // Clear SPOOLER
        dfSplFile( "\config.sys" ) // Put in SPOOLER
        dfSplDel( "\config.sys" )  // Remove from SPOOLER
        aFile := dfSplArr()        // Files in SPOOLER
     ENDIF
