ddCngRdd()
Change the RDD assigned to a file on DBDD

Syntax:

     ddCngRdd( <cFile>, [<cRdd>] ) --> cOldRdd

Parameters:

     <cFile>    File to update
     <cRdd>     RDD Name

Returns:

     <cRdd>      Current RDD

Description:

     Change the RDD assigned to a file on DBDD
     
     N.B. The RDD must be linked in the application

Example:

     ddCngRdd( "Clienti", "DBFCDX" ) // Chenage the RDD
