dfIndExt()
Returns the index extension used by a given driver
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfIndExt( [<cDriver>] ) --> cExt

Parameters:

     <cDriver>  Driver. If not specified, the current driver will be
     assumed.

Returns:

     <cExt> Index extension.

Description:

     Returns the standard index extesion used by a given driver.

Example:

     ? dfIndExt("dbfntx")  //  ".ntx"
     ? dfIndExt("dbfcdx")  //  ".cdx"
