DFISSELECT()
Check if a database is open
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     DFISSELECT( <cFile> ) --> lOpen

Parameters:

     <cFile>    File to test

Returns:

     <lOpen> If .T. the database is open

Description:

     Check if a database is open

Example:

     #include "dfStd.ch"
     
     USE CLI NEW
     
     IF !DFISSELECT( "CLI" )
        // Open error
     ENDIF
