    value          Enter a 1-4 character hexadecimal value to specify:

                   .   the numbers to be added and subtracted (refer to
                       the Hexarithmetic command), or

                   .   the number of instruction to be executed by the
                       Trace command, or

                   .   the number of bytes a command should operate on
